Refunds and cancellations
Last updated: 30 July 2026. These terms apply to paid professional engagements described on this site — assessments, portfolio reviews, readiness briefings, and quarterly pulses.
Eligibility overview
Fees cover scheduled professional time and deliverable preparation. Refunds depend on how much work has started, whether a deposit was taken, and whether dates were held for your organisation.
Deposits
Engagements typically require a 30% deposit to reserve analyst time. The deposit is credited toward the final fee. Deposits become non-refundable once kick-off has occurred or interviews have been scheduled on the calendar, whichever comes first, except where we cancel the engagement.
Full refund
If we cancel an engagement before kick-off for reasons on our side, you receive a full refund of amounts paid. If you cancel in writing more than ten business days before the agreed kick-off and no fieldwork preparation has begun, we refund amounts paid minus a ₩150,000 scheduling fee.
Partial refund
If you cancel after kick-off but before the findings briefing, we invoice for work completed (scoping, interviews held, analysis performed) at a fair proportion of the fixed fee, and refund any unused balance of amounts paid. Readiness briefing day fees are refundable at 50% if you cancel between five and ten business days before the session; later cancellations are non-refundable for that day.
Non-refundable items
- Completed briefings, delivered reports, and issued pulse memos
- On-site travel costs already incurred with your prior approval
- Quarterly pulse fees once signal collection for that quarter has started
Work already started
Interview notes and partial heatmaps prepared before cancellation remain our working papers. Summaries already shared with you may be retained by you; unfinished drafts are not owed as final deliverables.
Rescheduling and no-shows
You may reschedule a kick-off or briefing once without fee if you give at least five business days’ notice. Later reschedules may incur a ₩200,000 calendar-hold fee. If scheduled owner interviews are missed without notice, those slots count as delivered time for fee purposes.
Refund process and timing
Email contact@devcloudsuite.digital with your engagement reference and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval.
Exceptions
Mandatory consumer rights under Korean law remain unaffected. This page does not cover software products, physical goods, or subscriptions because we do not sell those.
