What the work looked like on the ground

Evidence from assessments, portfolio reviews, readiness briefings, and pulses — specific enough to show the subject, not a generic praise wall.

Their assessment of our internal procurement application showed we were paying for suite document features while buyers still emailed bid packs. The heatmap made that uncomfortable enough to fix. I still wish the interview window had been a week longer — we had to skip two regional owners.

Min-jae Park, Application owner, procurement systems — Cloud Suite Adoption Assessment

The portfolio review gave finance a seat-count story they could argue with. We finally saw which line-of-business apps never touched the suite at all.

Sora Han, PMO lead — Application Portfolio Analytics Review

We booked a readiness briefing before rolling collaboration features into our HR case tool. They told us to wait until contractor forms had a clear owner. That pause saved a messy dual-run.

Elena Vogt, HR systems sponsor — Adoption Readiness Briefing

Quarterly pulses keep us honest. The memo is short, tied to last quarter’s actions, and does not invent new programmes.

Joon-ho Lee, IT operations manager — Quarterly Adoption Pulse

Field interviews felt ordinary in the best way — tasks, handoffs, exceptions. No feature parade. The written report matched what our controllers actually do at month-end.

Closing-pack paths in a regional finance application

Cloud Suite Adoption Assessment — A three-week adoption assessment for a Gyeonggi manufacturer mapped how month-end packs left the finance system. Most bypassed the licensed cloud suite via email to external auditors.

We interviewed six owners, observed two closing rehearsals, and scored twelve suite capabilities against the finance application only. The report listed three artefact types that accounted for nearly all idle document seats. Leadership funded a single path change for domestic entities first; overseas entities stayed on the prior channel pending legal review. The client later booked a quarterly pulse to watch whether the domestic path held.

Portfolio shortlist before a suite renewal

Application Portfolio Analytics Review — Ahead of a renewal, a PMO asked for a portfolio analytics review across thirty-one internal applications. Concentration of suite use sat in three collaboration-heavy tools; eighteen applications showed no verifiable touchpoint.

The scoring rubric used owner confirmation and existing usage exports only. The shortlist recommended two deep assessments and explicitly deferred eight legacy systems scheduled for retirement. Finance used the idle-seat notes in vendor talks; we did not join those negotiations.
