By using this website or commissioning an engagement, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.
Services described
Pages describing assessments, reviews, briefings, and pulses are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written proposal or statement of work. Fees shown are starting points, not offers of sale through this site.
Intellectual property
Website text, layout, and graphics are owned by DevCloud Suite unless otherwise noted. Client deliverables (reports, heatmaps, memos) remain subject to the statement of work; typically clients receive a licence to use deliverables internally. You may not republish site content for commercial purposes without written consent.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse contact forms, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale, or submit unlawful or misleading information.
Liability
Adoption analytics rely on evidence clients supply and on interviews conducted during the engagement window. We do not warrant specific licence savings, renewal outcomes, or vendor decisions. To the extent permitted by law, DevCloud Suite’s aggregate liability arising from website use is limited to ₩100,000, and liability for paid engagements is limited to fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, except where Korean law prohibits limitation for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts with jurisdiction in Gyeonggi-do (including courts serving Gwangmyeong-si) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
