Scope
One named cloud suite and a defined set of internal business applications (typically 8–25). We interview owners, sample usage records you already hold, and walk selected workflows with practitioners.

Process
- Scope and inventory — agree suite, application list, and access to existing usage exports
- Fieldwork — interviews, observation, and desk review of adoption signals
- Synthesis — heatmap, idle-licence notes, and recommendation draft
- Briefing and handoff — leadership session plus written report
Duration and delivery
Three to five weeks from kick-off to briefing, depending on interview scheduling. Primarily remote with optional on-site days in the Gyeonggi / Seoul corridor when workflow observation requires it.
Preparation
Nominate application owners, share existing licence and usage exports (anonymised where needed), and confirm which suite edition is in force.
Constraints
We work from evidence you can lawfully share. We do not install monitoring agents or access production systems without written approval.
Pricing basis
Fixed project fee from ₩4,800,000 based on application count and interview volume. Exact quote after a short scoping call.
